This could be a bug in the JIAN EmployeeFileBuilder where you have to specifically enter the correct data or the software will close giving you an error. Additionally, if you enter the data and the software continuously writes files, then it needs Administrator access.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find another version of this software since no other website has been provided or found on the Internet.
